These dumplings are soft, light and gluten free.

Ingredients
- 180 grams of Self Raising flour (or plain flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder).
- Salt and pepper, and / or herbs
- 60 grams of fat (lard/margarine/butter)
- 80-100ml milk (enough to make a soft dough)
Instructions
- Add Butter to bowl, (warm in oven to soften if necessary)
- Add self raising flour
- Add seasoning (salt/pepper/herbs)
- Thororughly mix to a soft crumb
- Add milk until a stiff dough
- Flour bread board and roll dough into 4 even balls
- Drop into stew 25 minutes before end of cooking time.
